Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying Scutex. This policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and what is and isn’t refundable.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

New, eligible hosting services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the service fee for that first term.

2. What is eligible

• First-time VPS and shared-hosting plans, within 30 days of the initial order.

3. What is not refundable

• Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers (these are paid to registries and cannot be reversed).
• Dedicated/VDS servers, custom or enterprise configurations, and one-time setup or migration fees.
• Add-ons and third-party licenses (e.g. control-panel or commercial software licenses).
• Renewals after the first term, and services terminated for breach of our Terms or AUP.

4. How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your client area or email support@scutex.io with your account details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

5. Cancellations & renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the client area. After the money-back period, fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals only.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of services pending resolution.
